About Forcher’s Dance Center

Jacquelyn & Jerry Forcher purchased Riley’s School of Dance in the spring of 1998. Dale & Joy Riley established their studio in Irving more than 40 years ago, making the studio the longest continuously operated dance studio in Irving. Jacquelyn taught ballet for many years for the Riley’s school before purchasing the studio in 1998.

Dale & Joy Riley founded the Irving Ballet Company and used Jacquelyn as their resident Artist. Jacquelyn performed and choreographed many pieces for Irving Ballet Company before establishing Momentum Dance Company.

Jacquelyn continues the legacy of excellent dance training started by the Riley’s with hopes of adding the artistry of dance to the culture of the surrounding community and nurturing local talent.

Jerry is a long time freelance photographer but now spends most of his time doing web and print design and helping run the dance studio.
